TTS not use long life oil?

Hello, sorry for my bad English. I have some questions. The specific for the TTS motor oil: Long life II (SAE 0W30) or long life III (SAE 5W30).
Which is the best oil ? Motul, Castrol, Total or only original vw/audi.

Hallo guys Sorry but I don't speak German: I have a new TTS in white ibis. It's a fantastic car. I have a question, for all forum, for the winther tires. Which is the best type in 245/40 R18 size? Michelin have a new tire: the Pilot Alpin PA3 (CODE speed W). The design is the same like a Continental. Dunlop?
