Does anyone know why Audi didn't complete the flat undertray on the 8S TTRS?

    I am looking to improve aero on my 2018 TTRS. Looking at the bottom of the car it appears there are ways to reduce drag. But I also know that Audi didn't accidently overlook adding the flat bottom to the car. Anyone car to explain what they think can be done to improve performance?

    I'd like to add the missing panel under the fuel tank and the recently release MK8 LCA covers but I'd like to know if it is safe to also cover the exhaust.

    I think the answer is:

    The TTRS is not a sportscar, its a VW Golf MK7.

    Sad but true.

    If you cover parts, especially from the exhaust, there is of course a risk because of temperatures.

    So, difficult to say.
